I help clients make desired changes at the subconscious level by using hypnotherapy, counselling, NLP and coaching techniques. I specialize in helping women heal from trauma, grief and loss and helping entrepreneurs to elevate their mindset. I’m located at the Amethyst Wellness Group office at #305-1265 Arthur St E., where I also teach hypnosis and work with my associates, most of whom I have also trained in hypnosis.
