About Our Monthly Programming
Our monthly programming is Canada-Wide and Virtual, consisting of thoughtfully curated rooms & experiences.
Each event is intentionally designed to support meaningful connection, strategic growth, and real execution for women all across Canada building businesses with purpose.
These are not passive events or surface-level conversations. They are facilitated, curated spaces where trust is built through consistency, depth is earned over time, and social capital compounds through shared commitment.
As a member, monthly programming is included, giving you ongoing access to the rooms, conversations, and relationships that move your business forward.
For more information about each event, click on the event inside the Calendar below, or scroll to the bottom of this page.
Our Monthly Programming is released on a quarterly basis.

Event Breakdown
-
No agenda, no pressure, just dedicated time to get your work done alongside other women doing the same. Hustle + Flow is a weekly virtual co-working session built around body doubling, working alongside someone else (even on something totally different) to create structure and accountability. It's a favourite if you struggle with procrastination, motivation, or just want company while you get things done.
-
Office Hours is your monthly open line to Nadine (COO) or Erin (CEO), live and low pressure. Bring whatever's on your mind, big or small, and get real answers directly from the people building the network. No agenda, no pitch, just an open line, whether you're already a member or just checking us out.
-
This Girl's Got Knowledge is a monthly expert-led workshop, a different guest teaching one skill that actually moves your numbers. Think revenue strategy, pricing, sales, financial strategy, real knowledge from women who've built it. Sessions are practical, actionable, and built for implementation, not just inspiration. Open to non-members and included inside your Elleiance membership.
-
Once a month, come to the table and get honest about where your business stands. Boss Meeting is where you name what you're building toward, get unstuck out loud, and leave with a next move. Expect to work through which of the Five Drivers of Business Value (Financial Performance, Reliable Revenue, Owner Independence, Brand Strength, Future Opportunities) you're intentionally strengthening right now, where you're stuck and what strategic insight or connection could move you forward, and who you need access to that could increase the value of your business.
-
Can your business run without you? Ops Intensive is your monthly session on the systems, delegation, and documentation that make your business valuable on its own, not just valuable because you're in it. There's no rigid agenda, the session follows wherever you're currently stuck, and Nadine works through workflows, systems, and execution with you directly. This event is hosted by Nadine Kelly, COO of The Elleiance Network.
-
What are people saying about your business when you're not in the room? The Brand Catalyst is your monthly space to work through the reputation, marketing, and brand strength that gets you noticed, for the right reasons. Come with a specific challenge, whether it's content, your website, or positioning, and work through it with the support of a marketing expert and the perspectives of other business owners.
-
Grants. Funding. Businesses for sale. Connections that open doors. Canadian Business Opportunities is your monthly open discussion with Erin (CEO of The Elleiance Network) on what's actually available to Canadian women right now, and how to access it. There's no preset agenda and no pitch, just bring your questions and Erin brings what she's hearing across her network that month.
-
Sharpen your pitch in front of people who will actually tell you the truth. The Pitch Power Hour is your monthly referral-driven session where you share what you do, who you serve, and who you're looking to be connected with. Get real feedback, walk away with a stronger ask, and make warm introductions in real time, in the chat, and through follow-up emails after the call.

This is your stage. Member Pop-Up & Panels gives you the floor to teach the community something you know and pitch what you offer, no strings attached. It's fully member-led, so the topic and format are up to you.
