Elleiance Expands Again: A New Room for Canadian Women Entrepreneurs in Okanagan, British Columbia

Another region. Another room. Another opportunity for Canadian women entrepreneurs to build differently.

This July 2026, The Elleiance Network is officially expanding into the Okanagan region of British Columbia.

Women across the Okanagan are building incredible businesses across multiple communities, often while navigating growth in smaller ecosystems where meaningful entrepreneurial connection can feel limited.

From Vernon to Penticton, Kelowna to Peachland, there are ambitious women building quietly behind the scenes who are craving more than traditional networking.

They are looking for strategic conversation.

Real relationships.

A room where they can think bigger alongside women who understand the pressure and possibility of building something meaningful.

And now, that room is coming to the Okanagan.

Introducing Elleiance Okanagan Launching July 2026

Elleiance Okanagan will officially launch in July 2026, bringing a curated mastermind experience to women entrepreneurs throughout the region. This includes:

  • Vernon

  • Lake Country

  • Kelowna

  • West Kelowna

  • Westbank

  • Peachland

  • Summerland

  • Naramata

  • Penticton

Meetings will initially be held in Kelowna, creating a central gathering point for women entrepreneurs across the region.

As the community grows, there is potential for future expansion into more localized chapters across the North Okanagan, Central Okanagan, and South Okanagan regions.

Because this is not about creating one isolated room.

It is about building an interconnected ecosystem of women entrepreneurs throughout the Okanagan.

Meet Your Okanagan Facilitator: Megan Johnston

Every Elleiance room is shaped by the woman who leads it.

And the Okanagan chapter is being led by someone who understands both systems and people at a deep level.

Megan Johnston

Founder of Analyte Projects Ltd.

Megan originally trained in biochemistry, driven by a fascination with how small details can create massive impact across larger systems.

Over the course of her 20-year career in project management, she discovered that science and business are not nearly as different as they appear.

Today, through her business Analyte Projects Ltd., Megan works as a fractional operations consultant helping technical founders build the systems, structure, and operational clarity required to create thriving organizations.|

She comes alive at the intersection of:

  • Purpose

  • People

  • Process

  • Profit

Having spent much of her career inside male-dominated industries and leadership environments, Megan is deeply passionate about equipping women with the skills, confidence, and support systems needed to lead powerfully in business and community.

That is one of the reasons Elleiance felt like such a natural fit.

She understands that growth does not happen in isolation. It happens when women are placed in environments that challenge, support, and expand them.

Now, she is investing that expertise in to women founders across Kelowna and the greater Okanagan region.

Creating a space where women can connect, collaborate, and grow together in a more intentional way.

Why Women Entrepreneurs in the Okanagan Are Seeking More Than Networking

Many Canadian women entrepreneurs are realizing something important.

Information is not the problem anymore. Access is.

Access to the right people.

Access to strategic conversations.

Access to rooms where honesty, perspective, and growth can coexist.

Traditional networking often prioritizes visibility.

But masterminding prioritizes transformation.

Inside The Elleiance Network, women are not just collecting business cards.

They are building relationships that create long-term momentum.

That distinction matters.

Especially in regions like the Okanagan, where smaller business communities create incredible opportunities for connection when the right infrastructure exists to support it.

The Elleiance Mastermind Experience

At the core of The Elleiance Network is a curated mastermind experience designed specifically for Canadian women entrepreneurs.

Each Masterminder is placed into a group of 8 to 12 women in complementary, non-competing industries.

These groups are professionally facilitated and intentionally structured to create:

  • Continuity

  • Psychological safety

  • Strategic depth

  • Long-term accountability

  • Meaningful connection

This is not a passive networking event.

It is an environment designed for women who are serious about growth.

Inside these rooms, women are supported, challenged, expanded, and connected through consistent conversation month after month.

Because the real value of masterminding compounds over time.

Through trust.

Through perspective.

Through proximity to the right people.

Who This Space Is Designed For

Elleiance Okanagan is for women entrepreneurs who:

  • Feel isolated while building their business

  • Have outgrown surface-level networking

  • Want more intentional and strategic conversations

  • Crave community with depth and consistency

  • Believe growth accelerates in the right environment

This space is especially powerful for women navigating leadership in industries where they have historically been underrepresented.

Because being in the right room changes how you lead.
