Your Role

as a Facilitator

Lead Locally. Connect Nationally.

As an approved Elleiance Mastermind Facilitator, you’ll:

  • Host and lead a monthly mastermind session

  • Curate and fill your group with 10–14 members

  • Market your group locally with our support

  • Organize and host one additional event per month

  • Prepare thoughtful agendas, guest experts (optional), and follow-ups

  • Represent The Elleiance Network in your city with professionalism

All the tools, structure, and support are provided — your leadership is the magic.

Each Elleiance Mastermind is a curated group of 10–14 women entrepreneurs who meet monthly for two hours of strategy, support, and aligned growth.

Groups are formed based on industry diversity, stage of business, and shared values — following our proven Elleiance methodology. Facilitated with intention, these sessions provide:

  • Fresh perspectives and innovative ideas

  • Strategic partnerships and lasting connections

  • A renewed sense of purpose and confidence

FAQs

  • Yes. You must be an active Elleiance member who has participated in a mastermind group for at least 3 months.

  • We provide all the training, structure, and support you need — from onboarding to agenda templates to marketing assets.

  • Facilitators receive a revenue share for every member in their mastermind group.

  • Yes. While many facilitators host in-person groups, virtual formats are also supported — it depends on your market and preference.

  • We offer guidance, mentorship, and facilitation training to set you up for success. For the right person, experience is not required!

  • Facilitators receive approval to run a local Elleiance mastermind using our intellectual property, branding, and resources. Fees and terms apply.
