The Elleiance Network is Canada's only mastermind network closing the access gap for Canadian women entrepreneurs. The community is built for Canadian women entrepreneurs who are ready to grow their businesses through connection, capital and acquisitions.
Elleiance is expanding across Canada. We are looking for entrepreneurial, relationship-driven leaders to take ownership of growing Elleiance within a specific region. This is not a traditional role. It is an opportunity to build something meaningful — within an established national ecosystem — while creating real impact for women entrepreneurs in your local community.
At its core, Elleiance exists to shift how women build. Not in isolation. Not through transactional networking. But through intentional proximity to the right people, conversations, and opportunities. Across Canada, women are building ambitious, impactful businesses — and yet many are doing it without access to the rooms that truly expand them. That’s where Elleiance comes in. About This Opportunity: Regional Growth Partner for The Elleiance Network
As a Regional Growth Partner, you will lead the growth of Elleiance in your territory.
You will introduce women entrepreneurs to the power of masterminding, build meaningful relationships within your local ecosystem, and establish a strong, visible presence for Elleiance in your region.
Over time, you will launch and lead up to five in-person mastermind groups, creating a connected and high-value network of women building businesses together.
This is a highly autonomous role designed for someone who wants to take the lead — not wait for direction.
What Is the Elleiance Mastermind Experience
At the core of The Elleiance Network is the Mastermind experience. This is where connection becomes strategy. Where conversations become momentum. And where growth becomes shared.
Each Elleiance Masterminder member is placed into a carefully curated group of 8–12 women in non-competing industries — designed to be complementary, not competitive. These meetings are professionally facilitated and led by the same facilitator each month, creating consistency, depth, and trust over time.
This structure is intentional. Because it creates:
Continuity — conversations build month over month
Psychological safety — trust grows, honesty deepens
Strategic depth — challenges are explored, not skimmed
Mutual growth — a space to be both the expert and the learner

As A Regional Growth Partner with The Elleiance Network, You’ll Be Responsible For
Community Growth
Recruit members into Elleiance mastermind groups
Launch and facilitate in-person mastermind groups in your region
Foster strong, meaningful relationships between members
Business Development
Build partnerships with local organizations, business groups, and ecosystem leaders
Identify opportunities to expand Elleiance’s presence and visibility
Create and maintain a strong referral network
Sales & Member Recruitment
Clearly communicate the value of Elleiance
Host small gatherings, information sessions, and community events
Convert aligned women entrepreneurs into mastermind members
Brand Leadership
Act as the face of Elleiance in your region
Represent the brand at local events and in the community
Champion the mission of supporting women entrepreneurs in Canada
Future Leadership
Contribute to regional growth strategy
What Success Looks Like
Your first 90 days are focused on building momentum.
Establishing visibility for Elleiance in your region
Building relationships within your local business ecosystem
Hosting small gatherings or conversations
Generating interest and applications
Recruiting founding members for your first mastermind group
This is a build phase, and we will support you as you establish your foundation.
Compensation Structure
Phase 1: 90-Day Launch
Monthly base: $500–$1,000
Determined based on your proposed growth plan and level of involvement
This is an Independent Contractor Role
This phase is focused on building awareness, relationships, and your initial member base.
Phase 2: Revenue Partnership
Once your mastermind groups are established, you will earn 40% of monthly membership revenue from your groups ($110/member/month, 40% = $44/member/month).
Example breakdown (The goal is to build 5 groups):
Small Groups (8 members per group) 5 groups × 8 members = 40 members × $44 = $1,760/month
Mid Range (12 members/group) 5 groups × 12 members = 60 members × $44 = $2,640/month
High End (15 members per group), 5 groups × 15 members = 75 members x $44 = $3,300/month
As your community grows, your income grows with it.
This role begins part-time — but is designed to grow. For the right person, this can evolve into a larger leadership position within Elleiance, including the opportunity to support expansion at a provincial level. More importantly, it is an opportunity to build something meaningful in your community — and to be part of a network that is growing across the country.
This role is an Independent Contractor position.

Marketing and social media assets
Website and lead capture infrastructure
Scripts, messaging, and onboarding materials
Ongoing access to leadership for support and guidance
You lead the region. We support the ecosystem behind it.

A Note on Territory
We are open to discussing territories across Canada, based on the right candidate.
Minimum accessible territory population of 500,000+.
