Body Doubling is a productivity technique where a person works alongside someone else — either in person or virtually — to stay focused and accountable. It’s commonly used by people with ADHD but can benefit anyone who struggles with procrastination or motivation.
The concept is simple: just having another person present (even if they’re working on something unrelated) can create a sense of structure and external accountability, making it easier to stay on task. Hustle & Flow Co. Virtual is an example of body doubling, where members work silently together with short check-ins at the beginning and end.
