Resilience Rebranded with Shelley Lamothe
Shelley is going to take you on a journey through story, questions, activities and science to show you how to unlock the magic of resilience without having to hide in the Himalayan mountains and learn how to meditate like a Buddhist monk.
This interactive 60 min workshop will take you through the 21st century version of Fight, Flight, or Freeze and what concrete activities and behaviours that you can use to stay grounded, connected and able to use adaptive thinking to reframe your narrative to one that is helpful not judgemental.
Are you ready to see what the best version of yourself can look like for you, your team, your family and your future?
Note: This will be an interactive session, and it is highly encouraged that participants have their cameras on and microphones working to fully engage in the conversation and get the most out of the experience. 💛
