Erin Sisko is the Founder & CEO of The Elleiance Network and creator of the $100,000 Capital Elle Business Impact Award, one of Canada's largest founder-led initiatives supporting women entrepreneurs.

After spending more than 15 years in commercial banking, Erin noticed something she couldn't ignore: women weren't failing because they lacked ambition or ideas, they were being excluded from the rooms, relationships and capital that build valuable businesses.

Today she helps women entrepreneurs bridge two critical gaps.

Through the Capital Elle Business Impact Award, she works to bridge the Access Gap by connecting women with strategic relationships, funding opportunities and acquisition pathways that have historically been out of reach.

Through The Elleiance Network, Canada's business mastermind network for women entrepreneurs, she helps founders bridge the Value Gap, building companies that become more valuable every year and ultimately create life-changing wealth.
