Directory of All Communities for Canadian Women Entrepreneurs

Quick Tip: To search for a specific community, you have 2 options. 1) The Search Bar below will screen content inside this Blog, as well as all other Blogs on our website. 2) To search content inside this Blog specifically, Press Ctrl + F on your keyboard (Windows) or Command + F on your keyboard (Mac), and type the term you’re looking for.

About a month ago, Erin Sisko, Founder of The Elleiance Network, shared a simple question on LinkedIn. She had come across a post asking women to share communities they loved — spaces focused on growth, leadership, creativity, and turning ideas into action. The response to that post was incredible, but something quickly stood out: Many of the communities mentioned were not Canadian-owned… which sparked a new conversation.

Canada is home to an incredible number of women-led communities — spaces where entrepreneurs, leaders, creatives, and builders come together to learn, connect, and support each other. Yet many of these communities operate quietly within their own circles, often unaware of the other powerful networks doing meaningful work across the country.

So Erin asked a new question:

What Canadian-owned, women-led communities are helping women reach their full potential?

The response from our audience online was immediate and inspiring. Community builders, Elleiance members, and Social Media Followers began sharing the spaces they love — communities that are creating opportunities for connection, mentorship, leadership development, collaboration, and real momentum.

This page is a compilation of the answers to the above question.

It is a growing directory of Canadian women-led communities that are committed to helping women build businesses, grow their leadership, strengthen their networks, and take meaningful action.

Our intention is simple:

To celebrate the women building these communities. To make it easier for women across Canada to discover them. And to encourage collaboration between the many incredible ecosystems that already exist.

Community builders are doing important work. Creating spaces where women can grow, learn, and lead is not easy. It takes vision, persistence, and a deep commitment to the people inside those rooms.

This directory exists to recognize that work and to help strengthen the connections between these communities. We encourage you to explore them, join them, support them, and most importantly — continue building the rooms where women can thrive.

Because when communities collaborate, everyone benefits!

Canadian Women-Led Communities Directory, Sorted Alphabetically

This Directory of All Communities for Canadian Women Entrepreneurs was created in alignment with the mission of The Elleiance Network, to elevate women not just as founders, but as ecosystem builders. It is not about competition. It is about collaboration at the highest level.

When the women who build communities come together to share insight, visibility, and strategic proximity, the entire ecosystem strengthens. There is more than enough room in this market. When we model partnership over scarcity, we expand what is possible for Canadian women entrepreneurs everywhere.

If we want to reshape the business landscape in Canada, it begins by recognizing and uniting the women who are already leading the charge.

Please Note: We tried our best to compile all communities in this Directory, but we absolutely know we have missed some! We strongly encourage you to leave a comment to let us know what's missing, and we’ll happily update this Directory!

Let’s dive into it:

Collaboration Over Competition: The Growing Ecosystem Supporting Canadian Women Entrepreneurs

This page serves as a National Directory for Canadian Women Entrepreneurs seeking mentorship, community, collaboration, and strategic support.

Across provinces and industries, these communities are building infrastructure for women in business, creating access to connections, referrals, education, capital conversations, and leadership development. They represent a powerful network of networks, strengthening opportunities for Canadian women entrepreneurs at every stage of growth.

The Elleiance Network is proud to stand alongside these communities as part of this growing ecosystem.

The Elleiance Network is a Canada-wide community designed to connect women in business through curated mastermind rooms, referral-driven sessions, and monthly programming that blends strategy with relationship-building. Rather than competing for space, The Elleiance Network believes in connecting connectors and elevating the broader landscape for Canadian women entrepreneurs. Learn more about The Elleiance Network.

This directory is not a ranking, nor a comparison. It is a recognition that collaboration builds stronger markets. When networks support networks, the entire Canadian entrepreneurial ecosystem rises.

What's Next For Canadian Women Entrepreneurs: Expanding What Is Possible

The women featured in this directory are building more than businesses. They are building rooms where other women rise.

If you are a Canadian woman entrepreneur searching for community, mentorship, or meaningful connection, let this page be your starting point. Explore, connect, and find the space that aligns with your stage and ambition.

If you are a community leader yourself, know this: there is power in partnership. There is strength in visibility. And there is momentum when we choose ecosystem over isolation.

At its core, this is the work of The Elleiance Network, to strengthen relationships across the country, to champion collaboration over competition, and to expand what is possible for Canadian women entrepreneurs.

The future of business for women in Canada is interconnected.

And we are only getting started.

We tried our best to compile all Communities in this Directory, but we know we may have missed some! We encourage you to leave a comment to let us know if something is missing, and we’ll update this Directory!
