Through therapy and her education platform EmpowHERed in Health, she provides trauma-informed support that helps women heal deeply and feel empowered throughout motherhood.
Autumn Wilson – Simply Social Media Society

With a decade of marketing experience, she teaches solopreneurs how to create strategic content, build systems, and use social media with clarity and intention inside the Simply Social Media Society.
